1. Order Cancellation

  • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, customers may return the product in accordance with our Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products

Orders for digital products, such as software downloads or digital subscriptions, are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed, due to the immediate access and nature of the product.

3. Customized Products

Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Subscription Services

  • Trial Period: If a trial period is offered, customers can cancel their subscription during this period without any charges.

  • Post-Trial Period: Cancellations after the trial period will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made mid-cycle.
